Furniture maker Samedi rents facility in Valjevo's Stefil Industrial Zone

The City Council of Valjevo has made a decision to rent a production facility in Stefil Industrial Zone to the Samedi company. At the same time, necessary investments in office space will be acknowledged to that company. The City of Valjevo still has no permit from the Property Directorate to sell any space or land lot in the industrial zone, Vamedia web portal has reported.

Samedi is engaged in furniture production.

The production facility covering a surface area of 10,926 square meters is rented to Samedi for a period of one year with the possibility of one-year extension of that term. Monthly rental fee is at RSD 64 per square meter.
