Montenegro gives green light for sale of Kontejnerski Terminal to Turkey's Global Ports
At its yesterday's session, the Montenegrin government adopted a draft of the sales agreement for the Kontejnerski Terminal i Generalni Tereti (KTGT) company and proposed the allotment of concession for the reconstruction and commercial use of port terminals at Luka Bar (Port of Bar).
The draft of the sales agreement reads that the government is selling about 42.72 million KTGT shares at a share price of 18.89 eurocents to Global Ports Holding from Istanbul.
The session also saw the adoption of the Draft Concession Act on the allotment of concession for commercial use of port terminals for reloading containers and general freight.
