Opening of Atrium Center in Novi Beograd in June 2005, 11,5 million EUR

Recently built business center in Novi Beograd - "Atrium Belgrade office" will be officially opened until June 2005. Amount of 11,5 million EUR has been invested in this business center.

The Center is located in the Mihaila Pupina Boulevard, in the vicinity of new Mercator. It is the first state of art building built in less than 17 months.

Austrian insurance company Wiener stadische, Volks bank, S-leasing and domestic company Pearlhome, which purchased office equipment, will move into modern office space of 7,200 square meters, near the Town Hall of Novi Beograd.

Rental cost for office space, which is not 60% occupied, will range from 20 to 25 EUR per square meter.
