Djilas has sold 'Direct Media' company - Krasimir Guergov the new owner

Media group owned by Krasimir Guergov is becoming the new owner of the agency 'Direct Media A.D.', recent member of 'Multicom group', as announced by 'Multicom group'.
As it stands in the announcement, Guergov has been in media business for over 20 years and has been the long term Bulgarian partner of CME 'Central European Media Enterprises' and 'News corporation' company both operating in Middle and Eastern Europe.
Krasimir Guergov is also a shareholder of BTV media group, the leading media company on Bulgarian market - with 44% share, he is the President of an Advertising Agency 'Kres', the first Bulgarian full service agency, and the partner in the biggest media agency 'Piero 97', as well as the leading OOH provider 'JC Decaux'.
Guergov hires around 1.000 people in all of his companies in Bulgaria.
Krasimir Guergov is the pioneer in golf development in Bulgaria and President of the Golf Association of Bulgaria, it also stands in the announcement,
CEO of Multicom Group, Jadranka Drinic, estimated that this move is a significant business that will ensure expansion of activities and gain of new advantage in the region and abroad.
She pointed out that the change of the ownership will not affect contracts of employment, nor will jeopardize their work positions and other contract defined professional obligations.
'Direct media' is a multimedia communication company from Belgrade, doing business in the entire region. It has about 150 employees in seven countries, and in 2010 it positioned itself among the 30 strongest companies in Serbia.
