New investments in Mitrovica's industrial zone – total value of future units - 600,000 USD

Today (November 16, 2006), the contracts on use of building land were signed in the premises of the Town Hall of Sremska Mitrovica. The realization of these contracts will enable new investments into the industrial zone on the Voganj road.

The new facilities will be intended for production of the period furniture, drying of agricultural products and for the workshops. Also, the construction of apartment-business premises is in the pipeline.

Total value of the investments of three private companies have been estimated to about 600,000 USD. According to estimates, about 50 workers will be employed in these facilities.
