The Kosovo government failed for the second time on Thursday (19 September 2013) to secure a majority of votes in the provincial parliament for the decision on the sale of Poste i Telekomunikacije Kosova (Kosovo Postal and Telecom Company - PTK).

Despite the two-hour break, Dzavid Haliti, chair of yesterday's session of the Kosovo parliament, was unable to influence MP's to secure a majority of votes for the sale of PTK.

Although the ruling coalition consists of 66 members of parliament, there was no quorum yesterday as the session failed to gather 61 MP's.
