Tenders invited for bridge across Danube-Tisa-Danube Canal on Europe Boulevard

The Novi Sad City Development Institute (ZIG) has issued a Request for Proposals for the construction of nearly RSD 1 billion worth of bridge across Danube-Tisa-Danube (DTD) Canal on Europe Boulevard.

Bid opening is scheduled for early October.

Goran Visnjic, the director of this company, says that despite all the adversity faced in the construction of the fourth stretch of Europe Boulevard, implementation of this strategically important project has never been interrupted on a stretch from Rumenacki Road to DTD Canal.

- However, ZIG had to terminate two disputable agreements with Borovica on the construction of the bridge and a boulevard stretch from the canal to the highway - said Visnjic.
