First Real Estates and Investment Fair BelRE - Belgrade Real Expo -starts on November 2 in Belgrade

The aim of BelRE Fair is to represent the plans and opportunities for development of real estates market and the list of exhibitors promises that the exceptional offer of building land, projects, investment opportunities, consulting and credits services will be represented at this meeting.

With the support from the Directorate for Building Land and Construction of Belgrade and the Serbia Investment and Export Promotion Agency , SIEPA, the Ministry of International Economic Relations, embassies and business clubs, BelRE will be visited by foreign investors' and consulting companies, that is, their representatives and end-users.

It is announced that the guests will come from Slovenia, Croatia, Israel, England, Poland, Russia, Germany, Hungary and other countries.

Sponsor of the Fair is Engel Marina Dorćol, the investor of the project that contains more than 100,000 square meters of the most quality housing, office, retail and commercial space in the very heart of Belgrade. The project has been developed by Engel Marina Dorcol Ltd., the partnership between Capital Investment & Consultancy Ltd. and Engel East Europe N.V (Londong Stock Exchange AIM:EEE)

The Fair, which will be held under slogan Join the future, will be accompanied by conference program witht the basic subject: Future of development of real estates market in the region, divided into panel discussions Possibilities of Investments and Services in Field of Investments and Belgrade – City of Future of South Europe - Join the future, and the new trends in the building industry and marketing of real estates will be represented.

The location where Fair will be held is EXPO XXI, the modern fair hall in Novi Beograd (74a Španskih boraca Street)

Just like at the world fairs, the best projects will be selected in several categories: business building, apartment facility, trade center. President of the jury for selection of the best project is City architect, Mr. Đorđe Bobić.

The working hours of the fair is : Thursday and Friday - 10-20h, Saturday, November 4, the closing day - 14h.
