Amended reorganization plan for Zrenjanin-based Jugoremedija submitted
Court of Commerce in Zrenjanin has received an amended reorganization plan for the pharmaceutical plant Jugoremedija in bankruptcy from Hypo Alpe Adria Bank and Belgrade-based Blue Rose Fund d.o.o., bankruptcy judge Milan Pajtasev confirmed to Tanjug news agency Monday.
Jugoremedija Bankruptcy Manager Radovan Savic said that he had not seen the amended reorganization plan yet, and he didn't want to comment on the change of Hypo Bank's partner in the preparation of the reorganization plan either.
Bankruptcy proceedings against Jugoremedija were commenced 27 December 2012 at the proposal of its largest creditor - Hypo Bank, which later submitted a reorganization plan it had prepared in cooperation with the pharmaceutical company Europharm from Prague, whereas the other plan was submitted by Bankruptcy Manager Radovan Savic and Slovakia's Imuna Pharm.
