Five Krusevac-based companies undergoing restructuring by the end 2013 to go on sale
Out of seven Krusevac-based companies which have been undergoing restructuring process, until the end of the year, five of them should go on sale. If buyer does not appear, they will undergo bankruptcy procedure, the Minister of Finance and Economy said to Beta.
As they in the Ministry said, Chemical industry Zupa, Fabrika maziva, Konfekcija Zvezda, Fabrika ulja and Savremeni dom are in the second group of companies for sale, which is implied in the Action plan of the Government of Serbia for solving issues of in restructuring.
By the end of the year, their property should go on sale and if buyers do not appear until them, they will go bankrupt and their property will be sold through bankruptcy procedure.
The fourth group comprises Industry of machines and components 14. oktobar and bakery industry Branko Perisic. The fact that they have been grouped in such a manner means their property will go on sale and the state will, if there is no buyer, decide whether it will sell it to someone else.
A total of 2700 staff works in these seven companies. The estimation of Krusevac-based Independent Trade Union is that through social program implying EUR 300 per year of service, some 1300 people could leave.
