Serbia's "Elektromreža" signed contract worth 3.5m EUR

Yesterday (October 24, 2006), the representatives of Serbia's "Elektromreža" (EMS) signed 3.5m EUR worth of contract on delivery of electrical equipment with the representatives of companies "Minel - Elektrooprema i postrojenja","Montprojekt - Beograd" and "Elnos BL - Banja Luka".

Signing of this contract will mark the commencement of realization of the fifth package from the credit of European Investment Bank.

The contract is a part of the agreement between the Government of Serbia and European Investment Bank on reconstruction of energy sector in Serbia, which provided credit in amount of 59m EUR to our power system for rehabilitation of substations with 400-kv units "Beograd 8","Niš 2", "Novi Sad 3" and 220-kv "Beograd 3" and "Beograd 5".
