Two companies interested in Cacak-based Fabrika Reznog Alata

Cacak Deputy Mayor Radenko Lukovic said July 1st that the local government had begun negotiations with prospective partners for Fabrika Reznog Alata (Cutting Tools Factory - FRA) - a company from Poland and the local company Atenic Commerce, Ozonpress reports.

According to Lukovic, FRA's assets will be appraised over the next month, after which its property will be put up for sale. The future owner will be obligated to keep all the workers and make no changes to the product portfolio.
