Possible strategic partnership between Fiat and Rakovica-based IMR?

Serbian Finance and Economy Minister Mladjan Dinkic said today that serious talks were underway between the Fiat company and IMR (Industrija Motora Rakovica - Rakovica Engine Factory) about possible strategic partnership.

- Fiat already owns one of the largest factories for producing agricultural machines - Dinkic reminded.

- In the following period we will discuss the opportunity of creating a project similar to the one in Kragujevac - said Dinkic.

He also pointed out that they were also talking with partners from Belarus about possible joint investment in IMR.
