A Businessman, Zoran Drakulic, invests 25 millions eur in building up of the new backery

Representatives of the Agency for privatization of Serbia and a consortium of the companies "East point holdingsLtd" from Cypress and of the Belgrade "Zitomile" have signed a contract of sale of 70% of the social capital in "Belgrade's backers' industry" (BPI).

Agreed sale price of BPI is 2 millions eur, and the buyer is obligated by the cotract to invest in the program 6,715 millions eur, and it also accepted without conditions minimum obligations in the social program. Zoran Drakulic, the owner of the company, "East point holdings Ltd" from Cypress, stated that he had intentions of connecting BPI and "Klas" backery, which already owns, and to form a new, modern backery, according to high economic standards.

- In the next three years, we are intending to create a new backery in which we would invest around 25 millions eur - said Drakulic
