Jeanci Serbia does not give up investing in Leskovac - By the end of 2013 they hire 400 employees more

The Mayor of Leskovac. Goran Cvetanovic published on the official city website that the Turkish denim clothes manufacturer, Jeanci has not given up on investing in Leskovac and that by the end of this year it will hire another 400 workers.

The production operation will partially be carried out in Srbolek, which the Turks have recently purchas rented on a six-year period. The plan is that one part of the staff remains working in the existing facility of Leteks.

However, in the next sixty days, the Turks will definitely decide whether they will manage production this way in Leskovac, on more locations or they would opt for the construction of the new plant.

- It is important that the Turks will operate in Leskovac and hire workers, and whether they will build or not, the company management will decide on the basis of their own development plans, the Mayor Cvetanovic said.
