Intesa Leasing offers real estate purchase through leasing

Intesa Leasing offered a new product to legal entities- financing of real estate leasing.

Through leasing, exclusively purchase of office spaces can be financed and the amounts in which Intesa Leasing approves funding depend on creditworthiness of companies, while repayment terms range up to 10 years, according to company statements.

The first property funded by Intesa Leasing and the first facility purchased in Belgrade in this way, is a new commercial space of SAT Media Group.

-, Financed property is an example of typical situations where benefits of leasing come to the fore. It is purchase through leasing instead of renting office space. Practically, a user, instead of paying a monthly rent costs, he pays paid leasing installment and after the funding period he becomes an owner of premises - the president of the Intesa Leasing Executive Board, Nebojsa Janicijevic said.

In addition to the simple application procedures, users of this product of Intesa Leasing are provided with flexible repayment plan which may include residual value of property in the form of the last lease payments and which can be paid i.e. reprogrammed after the funding period expiration, the company announced.
