SIEPA supports Bemaco and Elbi - Valjevo-based firms receive employment grants
Two Valjevo-based companies received state-owned grants for direct investments. Serbia Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA) APPROVED Bemaco Srbija company a total of EUR 520.000 for opening a textile products section while Elbi company will be approved EUR 300.000 for production of lyophilization, Vamedia reported.
In order to receive grant, Bemaco was conditioned to hire 130 employees. For every employee, the company will get EUR 4.000.
It was previously said that these grants will be invested into expansion of production and new section in Pocuta where Bemaco is planning to hire 50 staff. City officials have previously let production hall of VIK in that village for free.
As for Elbi, the company will get EUR 6.000 for every new employee from Serbian Investment and Export Promotion Agency.
