Zlatan Perucic named CEO of Srpska Banka - Zoran Lilic in Jubmes?
(Zlatan Perucic)
Zlatan Perucic, adviser to Srbijagas CEO Dusan Bajatovic and former director of Beobanka, has been appointed as the CEO of Srpska Banka, replacing Ivan Maricic, who is now the adviser to the chairman of the Srpska Banka Executive Board.
Perucic is famous in banking circles for his career at Beobanka, which he left at the request of Borka Vucic. Perucic was also a member of the SPS Economic Council, and resigned as a member of the federal government's task force for the reform of financial system at the time when that task force was led by Danko Djunic.
(Zoran Lilic)
Perucic was a member of the republic parliament in 1990. He was also director of the foreign trade company Jugoagent and vice president of the Jugobrod company, and chaired the Executive Council of the Belgrade City Assembly in early 1990s.
Unofficially, former president of FR Yugoslavia, Zoran Lilic, should assume a position at Jubmes Banka. Zoran Lilic is currently chairman of the Managing Board of Putevi Srbije, and has never worked in the banking sector before.
