INvestment project : Factory for the filtration of sewage waters - Svilajnac

Position of the location: North-west from the centre of Svilajnac.

Surface: About 2,5 ha.

Ownership of the land: The owner of this land is the Municipality of Svilajnac.

Description of the location: According to the general plan of Svilajnac 2020 this location is reserved for the building of a factory for filtration of sewage waters. It is 2,5 km from the border of the town, 4km far from the railway Markovac-Despotovac, 11 km far from the highway Belgrade-Niš and 0,5 km far from the Velika Morava river.

Infrastructure: This location is fully equipped with electric power supply (10 kV), water supply system with the diameter of Φ 200 mm, gas line and sewage system; there is access road. Piosometers were built near lagoons and there is a control of underwaters which is done by Institute for the Protection of Health from Ćuprija. There is also lead-in faeces collector with dimension Φ 300 mm to lagoons which is in the vicinity of the location.

Additional information: This location is elaborated with planned and urbanistic documentation, and making of technical documentation is under way for the purpose of proclaiming this area the area of public interest as well as solving the legal property relationship. This location for the factory for filtrating sewage waters is next to sanitation depot and it is also near of the existing lagoons. Purchase of land is available. On the basis of previously mentioned facts, the construction of the factory for the filtration of sewage waters is necessary so that this location is very convenient for the investment.
