Land in Zmic Industrial Zone sold - Six investors coming to Paracin

Six investors have bought nearly 300 ares of building land in Zmic Industrial Zone in Paracin, Jasmina Vidovic, head of the Department of Public Services and Local Economic Development of the Paracin municipality, said to eKapija.

As she told us, Dejan Savic from Svojnovo has bought a 46-are land lot to have a truck repair shop built on it, the Okta-mont company from Paracin has purchased 46 ares of land, whereas Gajovic Merila from Cuprija has acquired a 25-are parcel.

Another parcel spanning 35 ares has been bought by Vladan Ivanovic from Cuprija, who plans to have a facility for producing plastic joinery and steel structures built on that land.

Cuprija-based construction company Duo–Pro Inzenjering has purchased two parcels spanning a total of 92 ares. MIP Industrujska Armatura from Cuprija has bought a land lot of 46 ares.

- All investors are to commence construction works within the next 18 months and put their facilities into service within the next three years – Davidovic explained.
