Assets of Dunav pension fund up 30 percent

Dunav Dobrovoljni Penzijski Fond (Dunav Voluntary Pension Fund) has said in a release that its assets had grown 30 percent over the previous year to RSD 7.2 billion.

- Despite the crisis, over the last year our assets have increased by RSD 1.7 billion, that is, 30 percent - said Dunav Executive Director Milan Kovac.

According to the release, the company's yield was at 13.7 percent in 2012 and at 4.6 percent in Q1 2013.

Dunav Dobrovoljni Penzijski Fond has 84,000 members, with 87 percent of them being employees whose employers pay additional taxes, while individual members account for 13 percent. Payments average RSD 3,000 per month.
