Quattro Houses builds EUR 10 million factory for producing prefabricated elements in Russia
Quattro Houses will begin the construction of a EUR 10 million factory for producing prefabricated elements in Russia in 2013. This company has got a land for free from Krasnodar as an incentive to invest in that Russian city.
- We promoted our business at the international construction and interior fair Yugbuild, which was held between February 27th and March 2nd in Krasnodar, Russia. It is our pleasure to say that Quattro Houses has proved to be the most technologically advanced company in the construction using prefabricated elements. As a result, Krasnodar authorities have expressed exceptional interest in hiring us to build special-purpose facilities. They plan to invest more than EUR 0.5 billion in these facilities of public importance – said people at Quattro Houses.
At the invitation of the advisor to the governor of the Krasnodar area, Igora Georgiyevich, company owners Jovan Nikolic and Nikola Koprivica have been touring the terrain to choose a location for their factory.
- The land where our factory will be built is allocated to Quattro Houses free of charge, as an investment incentive, because we plan to invest over EUR 10 million in the Krasnodar area. Since this is going to be a turnkey project, all goods and equipment required can be supplied from Serbia – said people at Quattro Houses.
