Belgrade baking industry to become part of Drakulić's "school"
The Consortuim made of Cyprian company "East Point" and Belgrade-based "Žitomlin" gave the best offer for procurement of the Belgrade Baking Industry (BBI).
The second-ranked bidder is the Consortium made of "Finartis Private Equity" from the Cayman Islands, "Arex" from Belgrade and Novi Sad-based "MK Commerce". The bids for procurement of BBI were also submitted by consortium "St. Mihael Enterprises" from Belgrade, "Luka Bar" and the Consortium of workers, but the last one was declared invalid.

For procurement of 70% of assets of BBI, "East point" and "Žitomlin" offered the price of 2m EUR and the investment program worth 6.715m EUR.
"East point" and "Žitomlin" are owned by businessman Zoran Drakulić, who is also the owner of Belgrade-based company "Klas".
