Software support to more efficient judiciary – company "Spinnaker New Technologies" developed electronic database od legal regulations intended for Ministry of Justice of Serbia
For the needs of the Ministry of Justice of Serbia, company "Spinnaker New Technologies", as a member of "ComTrade Group", developed the "Electronic database of legal regulations and court practice" for the judicial organs of Serbia, for the sae of the more efficient work of the judicial organs and standardized court practice through quick access to the laws and regulations.
"Electronic database of regulations and court practice" is the first official database of laws and regulations and it represents one of the important components of wider reform of judiciary and modernization of courts. The project was realized by the Consortium made of "Spinnaker New Technologies", "ComTrade" and "Comarch, S.A." from Poland.

The project was started in December 2004 and it was ended with the official handover on September 6 in the Government of Serbia, when the Head of European Agency for Reconstruction, Daniel Đuglaris, handed the CD with "Electronic database of regulations and court practice" to the Minister of Justice Zoran Stojković.
The entire project was financed by the European Union thrugh European Agency for Reconstruction. The team of leading legal experts from European Union and Serbia worked on the project, as well as IT team of leading experts of company "Spinnaker New Technologies".
