The majority owner of the road construction company Sremput from Ruma, Sremput Konzorcijum doo, has made a takeover bid for this company, offering to buy remaining Sremput shares from minor shareholders.

Sremput Konzorcijum, which is under control of companies Europark and Krusevacput, intends to take over the remaining 26.2 percent of shares at the price of RSD 943 apiece.

With that share price, the company's market cap stands at RSD 143.5 million (EUR 1.3 million).

The bid will be open between February 18th and March 11th, 2013.

Sremput was earlier under control of Belgrade-based Nibens Group, and it is not completely clear when and how Europark and Krusevacput took it over.
