Turkish Ziraat Bank is interested in opening a subsidiary in Montenegro and starting operations in that country, Ziraat Bank Bosnia-Herzegovina Director Ali Rizu Akbasa announced.

Akbasa voiced this intention at a meeting with Montenegrin Finance Minister Radoje Zugic and Turkish Ambassador to Montenegro Mehmet Niyazi Tanilir on Wednesday, February 6th, it was announced on the website of the Podgorica Dnevne Novine daily.

Ziraat Bank, Turkey's largest state-owned bank, provides insurance and leasing services, operates investment and insurance funds, etc.
