Names of new owners of company "Novosti" announced – biggest number of stocks bought by foreign company "Ardos Holding GmbH", followed by "MV Investments" and "Stadlux realstate"
The Central Registry announced today (September 1, 2006) the list of nine owners of company "Novosti". The biggest stockholder is foreign company "Ardos Holding GmbH" with 1,822 stocks in its possession.
It is followed by broker company "MV Investments" with 960 stocks, domestic company "Stadlux realstate" with 910 stocks and Dragijana Radonjić-Petrović (the manager of broker company "MV Investments") with 60 stocks. The stocks of "Novosti" were also bought by Vukota Ćorović - 28 stocks, Maja Stojanović - 26, Zorica Milosavljević - 23, Slobodanka Smilevski-Jovičić - 22 and Milutin Stanisavljević - 22 stocks.
The nine aforementioned buyers bought about 60% of stocks of company "Novosti" at price of 289,488 CSD, which is the turnover of about 1.17 billion CSD.
However, the President of the Securities Commission, Milko Štimac, said that company "Ardos holding GmbH" would have to submit the offer for takeover of all stocks of company "Novosti" to that Commission or to sell excess stocks on the stock exchange.
Reminding that "Ardos" owns 27.03% of stocks of "Novosti", Štimac said that that company company was obliged by Law to submit the offer for takeover of all stocks of that media company within the next three months or to sell the surplus stocks.
