Djordjije Nicovic to rent Lipka Hotel in Kolasin

Kolasin-based Lipka Hotel has a new leaseholder as of today - famous businessman Djordjije Nicovic, who was born in that region.

The lease agreement signing ceremony is scheduled for January 3rd, the Podgorica Pobjeda reports.

- We are interested in continuing Lipka Hotel's successful tourist and business history. The hotel will be leased for the period of six plus six months. After that time, during which we hope to gain a positive experience, our business ambition is to buy Lipka Hotel - Nicovic told Pobjeda.

Nicovic met with hotel workers on December 31st, who agreed to keep their current jobs for the same salaries they were paid by the previous employer.

As Nicovic announced, salaries will be paid on a regular basis from now on. He also added that five more people would be hired in the first phase.

Lipka Hotel had 38 workers when it was closed last April.
