Privatization Agency has scheduled for 22 January 2013 a public auction for the sale of the movables of Celuloza, part of the Loznica-based chemical plant Viskoza in bankruptcy. The estimated value of Celuloza's movable assets is RSD 33.8 million, while the deposit is set at RSD 6.77 million.
Among the assets that will go on the auction block are written-off machinery, fictures, structures, vehicles and other secondary raw materials of this company.
The Agency had previously scheduled a public auction for the sale of the movables of another five Viskoza affiliates: Kord, Centrofan, Svila, Hemiremont, and Celvlakno, and it failed to sell Kord and Centrofan on December 10th because there were no interested prospective buyers.
Production at the main part of Viskoza was halted in February 2005. At an auction in February 2007, the Privatization Agency sold three Viskoza affiliates - Energetika, Hortikultura, and Lofolen.
On February 25th and April 15th last year, the Agency had two unsuccessful attempts at sellling Viskoza's remaining property estimated at RSD 1.2 billion.
