Henkel commissions new production line in Krusevac-based factory - Investment worth over EUR 2 million

A new production line worth over EUR 2 million was put into operation in the Henkel Serbia factory in Krusevac on November 1st. Aside from being supplied to the Serbian market, products from this Bref production line will also be exported to European countries.

The opening ceremony of the new production line for Bref products was attended by the mayor of Krusevac, representatives of the Henkel production management from Dusseldorf and Vienna and managers and employees of Henkel Serbia.

- We congratulate you on your tenth anniversary of operations in Serbia and for implementing numerous projects related to production modernization, improvement and introduction of new technologies for sustainable development - said Bratislav Gasic, mayor of Krusevac.

Georg Grassl, president of Henkel Serbia, said that the new line was of strategic importance for the factory in Krusevac.

- This year we celebrate the 10th anniversary of Henkel's operations in Serbia, and there are many reasons for us to be proud of all the success that this company has achieved during that period. With this investment in Krusevac, we show our commitment to further development and expansion of business capacities, with the accent placed on exports to new countries, including EU member states - said Georg Grassl, president of Henkel Serbia.
