At the Forthcoming Tender on RTB Bor, the Tourist Facilities Will Be Offered Besides the Copper Mine and Smeltery

Upon the suggestionmade by the privatization consultant, at the beginning of September 2006, the potential buyers will be invited to participate at the tender not only for the principal property of the RTB Bor, mines and smeltery, but also for the other objects and tourist facilities owned by the same company in country and abroad.

-We are now in the procedure of selling the tourist facilities in our property in Croatia and Montenegro, stated Ms Mirjana Antic, Deputy General Manager RTB for econmic relations.

-We will offer at the market the motels "Beograd" and "Avala" in Rovinj and the hotel "Orebic" in Orebic. Potential buyers could submit also their offers for our tourist facilities "Biserna obala" (Pearl Coast) close to city of Canj in Montenegro, explained Ms Antic.

There are some interest already expressed for buying the hotels at the Lake of Bor, hotel "Jezero" and "Metalurg", that are at the distance of 18 km from the city of copper.

Further on, Ms Antic precized that there is the interest from the potential investor from Danmark, who has already contacted RTB Bor, that they would redesign the hotel "Jezero" into the high class hotel of five stars and the object "Metalurg" into the exclusive restaurant.
