Deadline for Italnis extended until end-October 2012

The City Council of Nis has taken a stand that a decision to extend the deadline for Italnis to settle its obligations toward the city until end-October 2012 should be made at the next session of the City Council.

If the obligations are settled on time, that is, if Italnis pays the fee for building land within the prescribed time, a new agreement will be signed between the City Development Directorate and the company Italnis, but with an annex that should protect the interests of the city.
