Turkey interested in building Bar-Boljare highway

Montenegrin Deputy Prime Minister Vujica Lazovic had a meeting with Director General of Turkey's Eximbank Hayrettin Kaplan on Monday. One of the main items on the agenda of the meeting, which was also attended by Finance Minister Milorad Katnic and Transportation Minister Andrija Lompar, was the Bar-Boljare highway.

Lompar and Katnic recently talked about that highway with the representatives of the European Investment Bank in Brussels.

Turkey's Eximbank last year announced investments in infrastructure projects in the Balkan countries. On that occasion, Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan said that Eximbank was completely ready to finance road construction and energy projects.
