Six insurance companies interested in "Takovo osiguranje"

Insurance company "Takovo osiguranje" announced that six companies from Austria, Czech Republic, Greece, Slovenia and Belgium were interested in procurement of the majority package of stocks of that company.

It is expected that the transaction will be realized by the end of 2006. Of 17 insurance companies in Serbia, "Takovo osiguranje" is the fifth biggest.

In 2005, this insurance company had premium of 13.5m EUR and 175,000 clients.
