Consolidated income in Vino Zupa totalling 6.4 billion dinars
Last year’s company’s consolidated financial reports show Aleksandrovac-based wine and juices producer, Vino Zupa, made significant business growth.
Last year, Vino Zupa, which consists of couple of independent companies, one of them Macedonian Povardarje, earned business profit of 6, 4 billion dinars which is a 22.7% increase in comparison to 2010 trend.
Consolidated profit was significantly lower compared to 2010 and totaled less than one billion dinars while due to high financial expenditures, net income was a million euro lower totaling 296.1 million dinars.
In 2011, the company split its long-term debts from four to two billion dinars and the shareholder assembly has recently approved existing debt restructuring with World Bank and European Investment Bank loans.
Vino Zupa shares at the Belgrade Stock Exchange cost 8.000 dinars which provides company market capitalization of 1, 59 billion dinars (13, 5 million euros).
