Rados has more than 14 years of consulting, business development and financial services experience in Yugoslavia, Spain and the Netherlands. Prior to Raiffeisen Investment, Rados headed the leasing activities of the Societe Generale Group in Belgrade. He has also worked as a strategy consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and for ING Group wholesale banking in Amsterdam. Rados was also involved in the founding, financing and the successful sale of a number of start-ups including a sports betting exchange in Belgrade. He has a combined MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management and the University of Michigan Business School, and an Engineering Degree from Belgrade University.
