Prices of two thirds of drugs in Serbia to go up soon, this time - by 6%

The prices of all drugs that are 40% cheaper in Serbia than in the surrounding countries will soon go up by 6%!

This practically means that the prices of two thirds of drugs from the domestic production will go up, as well as the prices of some imported drugs.

Dr. Dragomir Marisavljević, chairman of the Group of 15 drug manufacturers, estimates that the new pricelists for the drugs that are not covered by the insurance will be in the pharmacies in two or three weeks. The increase in prices will show results in the budget of the Repubnlic Medical Insurance Institute some ten days later.
