New water factory - "Zlatibor voda" - put into operation

- By putting the new water bottling factory “Zlatibor voda”, in Zlatibor’s town of Gostilje, into operation, the hiring of 100 workers was enabled. That number will increase with the expansion of production - said the owner of Subotica’s “Simex group”, Dragan Simović, who officially opened that factory on July 3, 2006.

He stated that he expected from “Zlatibor voda” to very quickly appear on the market throughout Serbia in “PET” 0.5-liter and 2-liter packaging and in 0.25-liter and 0.75-liter glass bottles, as natural spring and carbonated water.

- The total investment is worth about 10m EUR” - Simović said, reminding that his company has been investing into the development of Zlatibor’s region through the revitalization of the fish pond in Gostilje and Ljubiš, as well as by rehabilitation of hotel “Simex-Ljubiš” in Ljubiš.

Simović explained that, on the occasion of the construction of the factory, it had been taken care of the harmonic surroundings of the mountain and that the water was taken from the spring where no potential danger from the pollution existed within the area of 50 km.
