Colliers International in Serbia strengthens its Retail Agency

Colliers International in Serbia has announced the appointment of Nikola Djogatovic as Retail Agency Director. Nikola’s joining Colliers reflects the company’s strategy of enhancing its position in the retail market in Serbia.

Mr. Djogatovic has over 6 years of experience on the Serbian office, retail and industrial market. Having spent 5 years in Colliers International, Djogatovic joined CB Richard Ellis d.o.o., a commercial real estate services firm, in 2011. He was appointed Office & Retail Agency Consultant and continued to work with the biggest names in the industry. Nikola has closed deals for companies such as Alcatel-Lucent, AIG, Statkraft, Chrysler, Abbott Laboratories, Asus, Canon, Sungard, PMI, Mr. Bricolage, Ball Packaging and Telenor, Norwegian telecommunication giant, and many others.

For the past year, Mr. Djogatovic has been focusing on office and retail leasing and sales including the sale of part the Gorenje office building to Triglav Insurance. He also played an important role in the final phase of the lease process for Kragujevac Plaza shopping center and developing strategy for future Visnjicka Plaza shopping center.
