Investors from Belgium interested in construction of highest building in Europe in Belgrade - future scyscraper would be 330m high and its value would be about 250m EUR
Vice president of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia (PKS), Radmila Milivojević, stated that the Belgium economic delegation, which is in Belgrade at the moment, had shown interest in investment and participation in the privatization process in Serbia. Special advantage of Serbia is the Agreement on free trade with Russian Federation.
- The Belgians showed special interest in cooperation in field of agriculture, food industry, mechacnial and in the metallurgy-processing sector, as well as in field of medicine and pharmacy - Milivojević pointed out after conversation with the representatives of 20 companies from Flandria, Valonia and City of Brussels.
During the talks in the premises of PKS, the Belgians pointed out that the companies "Mesera holdings", "Besiks" and architectural bureau "Montova" had intended to build the highest building in Europe in Belgrade. The construction of that building would cost approximately 250m EUR.
The building would be 330m high and the main reason of the Belgian investors for such plans for the capital of Serbia is because they see Belgrade as very important business, tourism and financial crossroads.
