Agrokor gets loan of about EUR 75 million

The Croatian privately-held concern Agrokor has signed a EUR 75 million syndicated loan deal, the affiliate company Konzum said on Wednesday.
In the three-year loan deal signed on Tuesday, BNP Paribas, JP Morgan Limited and Zagrebacka Banka acted as lead arrangers, with Zagrebacka Banka also acting as agent, Konzum announced through the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
A guarantee for that loan is provided by Agrokor's affiliates Ledo, Zvijezda, Konzum and Jamnica.
