EU TIM – first cluster in field of spatial development of Serbia founded in Serbia
The group of independent companies from the region of Central Serbia, specialized in the field of spatial development, ecology and city planning, formed the business group EU TIM by signing the contract on business-technical cooperation on April 1, 2006.
The founders are companies: ARHIPLAN from Aranđelovac ([email protected]), which is represented by Dragana Biga, BISK from Kragujevac ([email protected]), which is represented by Dr. Veroljub Trifunović, and EKOLOGIKAURBO from Kragujevac ([email protected]), which is represented by Evica Rajić. The new expansion of the cluster has already been announced and it will go up to the level of 12 enterprises.
The founders formed the cluster in order to organize spatial databases, researches, the programme constituting, gathering of investors, project management on the territory of Central Serbia, mainly in the regional centers in Užice, Šabac, Valjevo, Čačak, Kraljevo, Kragujevac, Smederevo, Požarevac, Jagodina and Kruševac. The core of the cluster is in Kragujevac (the center of NUTS2 level) and Belgrade (European center NUTS1). The cluster will operate with the active support from the Chamber of Commerce, Association of Engineers and Association of City Planners of Serbia.
