Government of Czech Republic to invest half a million euros in modernization of Steam Power Plant "Nikola Tesla" in Obrenovac

Government of Czech Republic approved 500,000 EUR for realizaation of Study on feasibility of modernization of security devices for industrial rails in Steam Power Plant "Nikola Tesla" in Obrenovac.

The representatives of company “AZZD Praha”, which will take part in the realization of that project together with company “OHL ZZS Brno”, submitted the Study on May 17, 2006, to the deputy of director of Steam Power Plant "Nikola Tesla" at the reception in the Embassy of Czech Republic.

Manager of “AZZD Praha”, Zdenjek Hrdle, reminded that that company, which mainly deals with the railway activities, was present in SCG for a long time and that its concrete results were installation of switches on the Novi Sad - Belgrade railway, introduction of remote control system and installation of signalization on certain railways in Serbia.

Important project for reconstruction of railway Podgorica-Nikšić, which will be implemented by the consortium of companies led by “OHL ZZS Brno” and with the support of Czech Export Bank, is in the pipeline.
