Ribarska Banja finances reconstruction of Hercegovina villa - Tender for contractor in January 2012

The special rehabilitation hospital Ribarska Banja has announced a tender for the reconstruction and adaptation of the villa Hercegovina. According to the information in the open call for tenders, the value of these works is RSD 100 million, exclusive of VAT.

Petar Prijovic, deputy director of Ribarska Banja, told eKapija that he expected the tender to be released in January, the works to kick off in March, and the reconstruction to be completed in June 2012.

As our interlocutor explained, works on the exterior will not affect the initial look of the building, whereas the interior will be changed a bit.

- Aside from having the facade and roof reconstructed, we plan to have the interior carpentry, installations, floors, ceilings and furniture renewed as well - said Prijovic.

Ribarska Banja offers accommodation in the following nine villas: Srbija, Bosna, Hercegovina, Vojvodina, Dalmacija, Slavonija, Hrvatska, Crna Gora, and Pogled.
