First parcels sold in Valjevo's Industrial Zone - City signs contracts with ABC test, Elbi, Mercator S

Contracts on the sale of six plots of undeveloped building land in the Valjevo Industrial Zone, in the location of former Stefil and the 15-are parcel situated across the road from the Police Administration, were signed on November 18th in the City Administration of Valjevo. Valjevo-based companies ABC Test and Elbi and Nenad Dubljevic, as a physical person, are the first buyers of land lots in the Industrial Zone, whereas a lot in Uzun Mirkova street has been bought by representatives of Novi Sad-based Mercator S for RSD 115 million, it was announced on the website of the city of Valjevo.
Six land lots in the Industrial Zone were sold for nearly RSD 23 million. ABC Test acquired two plots of land, spanning 77 and 58 ares, at the price of 5.5 and 3.88 million dinars. Elbi purchased three connected land lots, spanning a total of 1.1 hectare, for about RSD 8 million, while Nenad Dubljevic bought a 75-are parcel for RSD 4.97 million.
There are also production halls on three of aforementioned land lots, and these halls were acquired by the current buyers during Stefil's bankruptcy proceedings. The company Elbi plans to start the construction of commercial facilities on its lots in a very short time, so that the Industrial Zone is expected to see the commencement of production and the creation of new jobs very soon.
What follows is the advertising of the sale of the plots of developed building land, which will take place as soon as their value is assessed by the Tax Administration of Serbia.
