50% share in Politika novine i magazini up for sale – Starting price RSD 221.8 million

The company “Politika - akcionarsko društvo za novinsko-izdavačku i grafičku delatnost” has advertised the sale of a 50% share in the capital of the company “Politika novine i magazini”. The estimated value is RSD 1.1 billion, and the submitted bids may not be lower than 20% of the estimated value, that is RSD 221.8 million.

The sale will be carried out through a tender for written bids.

The subject of the sale is envisaged as non-business property in line with the Pre-Pack Reorganization Plan.
