Sale of Mostogradnja advertised – Starting price around RSD 1.18 billion

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has advertised the first sale of the Belgrade-based construction company Mostogradnja in bankruptcy as a legal entity through public bidding, at a starting price of around RSD 1.18 billion.

The offer includes the head office building in Vlajkoviceva Street, the industrial complex in Batajnica, which encompasses a range of civil engineering structures and buildings, and land of over 12 ha, which is owned by the Republic of Serbia, with Mostogradnja as the carrier of the rights.

Several structures of temporary character in Belgrade and Gazivode are also put up for sale, as is the equipment – vehicles and construction machines, electro-equipment, office equipment and material stock.

Eligible bidders are all legal and natural persons that buy out the sales documentation at a price of RSD 1.5 million by December 18, and the deposit is RSD 473.7 million.

The public bidding is scheduled for December 25, at noon.

As the Beta news agency, Mostogradnja has been in bankruptcy for three years, and the majority of the equipment of that company, which used to be one of the biggest construction companies in former Yugoslavia, has been leased by the company Mostogradnja Ing, which is owned by Millennium Team.
