Belgrade's "ITeam" agency organizes on April, 26th, 2006 in Belgrade a conference "Customer Relationship Management"

Wishing to contribute to development of modern methods in marketing and sale, Belgrade's agency "ITeam" will organize on April, 26th, 2006, in "Intercontinenta hotel" a one day conference under the name "Customer Relationship Management".

It is a matter of a gathering where all participants would be able to improve their knowledge from the area of marketing management, relationship and communication with customers, as well as modern techniques and methods of sale, but also to exchange between themselves their own practical experiences, to make contacts and develop cooperation.

The mentioned conference is also significant because in its working part the leading persons would be world experts of marketing and sale, while the gathering would be opened by Miodrag Ivkovic, professor of e-marketing and e-business at the University in Novi Sad.

Active participation at the Customer Relationship Management conference also announced Joe Cristina, expert of 'PRISM Consulting' agency from Malta, Jozek Gruskovnjak and Arian Siska from "Cysco systems" company, Kristian Gotsch from 'Microsoft', Bojan Ciric from 'Pexim Solutions', as well as numerous guests from Switzerland, Russia and other countries.
