Canadian embassy in Belgrade is helping SCG in getting closer to World trade organization

Serbian minister for international economic relations Milan Parivodic and ambassador of Canada in SCG, Rober Dugal, signed a contract of donation of computer equipment which canadian embassy gave to the Sector for trade cooperation, with a goal t help the process of SCG's access to the World Trade organization (WTO).

On this occasion Parivodic said that one of the primary goals of SCG in the economic plan was to access WTO in the next 3 years, adding that Serbia is rushing in conducting reforms in economic-legal system and that it had got a confirmation for that from the World bank.

Ambassador MacDugal said that Canada had many more programs which were going on and which were divided in three major areas: education, health, and legal affairs, pointing out that Serbia was going through significant changes and that Canada was ready to help it in it.
