The minister of domestic and foreign trade of Serbia, Tomislav Momirovic, said today that he would soon travel to South Korea to commence negotiations about the signing of the free trade agreement.

– Korea is a country that used to be very poor, but for a long time now, it has not been considered an Asian tiger, but a country that belongs among the most developed economies in the world – Momirovic said on TV K1.

He said that South Korea belonged among the 20 most developed countries in the world and that it had entered the fifth industrial revolution.

Korea, as he said, “has the most modern cars, tablets and the whole IT-related industry.”

– Our aim is to sign a free trade agreement with South Korea, so that we can export even more products there too and to additionally connect our economies, to increase the investments, which lead to high salaries and high technologies – said Momirovic.
